David Cardinal
David founded ELT Publications in 2004. He has been teaching children and designing English teaching materials and games in Japan for more than 25 years. He enjoys cycling, kayaking, and swimming in Japan’s beautiful rivers.
Arora Lynch
Arora is our newest teacher, joining us in January 2025. She studied Japanese at university and spent a year abroad at Nanzan University in Nagoya. Arora is already a very popular teacher who loves creating a fun and engaging learning environment for her students. In the United States, she was a member of one of the largest marching bands in Massachusetts, performing alongside nearly 400 musicians. We’re excited to have her on our team!

Giles Montgomery
Giles joined our team at the start of this school year and brings over six years of teaching experience in Japan.
In his free time, he enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons.
Simon Tudehope
Simon is an extremely popular teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching children and training educators, including 6 years with ELT. In his spare time, he’s a true rock star—playing lead guitar in his band!
